LET’S GET YOU BACK IN
Trouble signing in?

I can’t sign in +
Sign in with your email and the password you chose. Your name is separate from your sign-in email.
Need your first password or forgot it? Choose Create or reset my password. Verify your email using the newest link, then choose a password with 15–128 characters. A few unrelated words work well. Saving it signs out older sessions.
You can open a verification email on any device. Only the device where you confirm the link signs in. Use an email link instead remains available on the sign-in page.
Create or reset my password →Open sign-in →My invitation won’t open +
Use the exact email address your company invited. Open the newest invitation, verify your email and join your company. RoadHQ then helps you choose a password if you do not have one. Replacing an invitation link makes the earlier one stop working.
If the link expired or was canceled, ask the company Owner for a new link.
Check my invitation →I’m signed in, but my company is missing +
Check the email you used and accept your company invitation. If you belong to more than one company, choose the company you need.
Check my access →Choose my company →If your access was disabled, ask a company Owner to review it under Company → People & roles → Manage access. They can reactivate your existing login and keep your records together.
I lost access to my email or sign-in account +
If you can recover the old mailbox, do that first. If you cannot, start assisted account recovery with a new email you can open.
RoadHQ verifies the new mailbox, then one support reviewer checks the request and sends a warning to your current email. A different reviewer cannot approve the change until the email provider confirms that warning arrived.
The full safety hold starts after the warning arrives and the second review approves. The shorter hold applies only when every company you own already has another established Owner who can currently sign in; otherwise RoadHQ uses the longer hold. If you are still signed in, Check my access lets you stop every recovery request for your account.
Your company Owner cannot make this change. Restoring a company backup does not change who can sign in, and creating another profile can separate your existing records.
